Returns Policy

At Marten Games, we want every game arriving at your door to be ready for adventure, laughter and a little bit of chaos around the table. We carefully pack every order and trust you love your purchase.

However, due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns for items that remain unused and unopened.

Unopened Returns

If you change your mind, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The game remains sealed, unopened and unused
• The product is returned in its original packaging and condition
• You contact us before returning the item

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Opened Products

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for games that have been opened or unsealed, unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or contains missing components.

Faulty, Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or missing any components, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs where possible. 

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return postage costs.
